BIOGRAPHY:
Aneta Popova completed her PhD in Technical Sciences and Food Technology (Technology of catering products) from the University of Food Technologies – Plovdiv, done her Masters in Tourism, the UFT Plovdiv and Bachelor in Tourism, UFT Plovdiv. She has participated in 4 research projects, including one international, affecting the biological activity of plant materials, and the possibilities for their application in food technology, and the consumer’s attitudes towards some of the new products developed in the projects
