BIOGRAPHY:

Dr. Wen Wu is a Professor in the Department of Management at the School of Economics & Management, Beijing Jiaotong University, China. He holds a Ph.D. in Management with a focus on Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior from Beijing Jiaotong University (2012–2015). Additionally, he earned a Master’s degree in Strategic Studies from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore (2009–2010), and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Hong Kong University (2011–2012). His academic journey began with a Bachelor's degree in English from Wuhan University (2002–2004). Dr. Wu’s research interests include leadership, human resource management, and organizational behavior.
